Core Body is built around control, strength, intensity, and intentional progression. Every class is designed with a specific purpose, pace, and level of support so you can move with confidence from the beginning.


If you are new, you do not need to know everything before you arrive. Your instructor will guide you through the studio flow, reformer setup, spring choices, and class expectations.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.

Grip socks are required.

Bring water.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

Let your instructor know if you are new to reformer or have injuries.

Advanced classes are best for experienced clients.

If you are brand new to reformer, start with Intro to Core Body or Fundamentals before booking specialty or advanced formats.


We recommend avoiding Core Body Advanced, Slow Burn, Spring Theory, Core Assets, The Reset, and specialty classes as your first class. 


Core Body is best for new clients who already have reformer experience.


Yes, if you have some reformer experience or feel comfortable with a stronger class. If you are unsure, start with Fundamentals.


Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you have time to check in and set up.
