CORE BODY CLASSES

Every class is built with a purpose, pace, and level of intensity.

Choose where you are starting, how you want to move, and how you want to build.

From foundational reformer work to full-method strength, jumpboard power, targeted sculpting, and recovery, each Core Body class follows the same standard: control first, strength with intention, and movement built from the core.

Empty Pilates studio with reformer machines.

WHERE TO START?

Start with the foundation, build into the method, then choose the focus your body needs: strength, power, sculpting, or reset.

START AT THE CORE

INTRO TO CORE BODY

A guided introduction to the Core Body method, studio flow, reformer setup, spring choices, and foundational movement. This class is designed to help new clients feel confident, supported, and prepared before stepping into a full class experience.

Best for: first-time clients, new reformer clients, and anyone who wants a guided entry into the method.

Expect: Clear setup, slower pacing, method education, form support, and a strong foundation.

FUNDAMENTALS

A foundational reformer class focused on alignment, breath, spring setup, control, and confidence. Fundamentals helps clients build the movement quality, body awareness, and reformer understanding needed to progress safely through the Core Body method.

Best for: newer clients, returning clients, or anyone wanting to refine form and control.

Expect: controlled movement, clear cues, foundational strength, and intentional pacing.

THE CORE BODY METHOD

CORE BODY | SCULPT

Our signature sculpt-focused class.

CB |  Sculpt blends controlled strength, muscular endurance, resistance, and layered sequencing for a full-body experience. You’ll move through longer working blocks and progressive challenges designed to build strength through control rather than speed.

Best for: clients with basic reformer experience ready for a stronger sculpt-focused class.

Expect: full-body strength, layered sequencing, controlled intensity, and a strong finish.

CORE BODY | ADVANCED

Instructor approval required.

An advanced progression of the Core Body method designed for clients with strong reformer awareness, control, and class experience.

Expect more complex sequencing, deeper endurance, stronger resistance, and increased intensity while maintaining form and precision.

Best for: experienced clients ready for a higher-level challenge.

Expect: advanced transitions, stronger holds, deeper fatigue, and higher-level control.

CORE BODY | CLASSIC

A precision-focused expression of the Core Body Method.

CB | Classic blends Pilates-rooted movement with Core Body strength and control. You’ll move through refined sequencing and detailed coaching designed to improve alignment, coordination, and full-body connection.

Best for: clients with basic reformer experience who value strong form, clear instruction, and intentional movement.

Expect: precise coaching, controlled pacing, thoughtful sequencing, deep core connection, and balanced strengt

SCULPT + STRENGTH

SLOW BURN

A slower, deeper class built around tempo, holds, resistance, and time under tension. Slow Burn is designed to create controlled fatigue through intentional pacing, focused muscle work, and strength that builds without rushing.

Best for: clients who want slower, deeper strength work.

Expect: longer holds, slower tempo, deep burn, sculpting, and controlled muscular fatigue.

CARDIO + POWER

SPRING THEORY

A jumpboard-based class combining spring resistance, power, coordination, endurance, and reformer control. Spring Theory brings higher energy into the method while keeping movement intentional, structured, and connected to form.

Best for: clients who want power, cardio, endurance, and dynamic reformer work.

Expect: jumpboard work, cardio intervals, spring changes, coordination, and athletic control.

TARGETED SCULPT

CORE ASSETS

Abs. Arms. Glutes.

A targeted Core Body class built around deep core work, upper-body strength, glute sculpting, stability, and controlled resistance. Core Assets focuses on the areas clients ask for most while still staying connected to the Core Body method.

Best for: clients who want targeted sculpting and focused strength.

Expect: abs, arms, glutes, stability, resistance, and deep muscle fatigue.

THE LOTUS RESET

THE RESET

A grounded class focused on breath, mobility, release, length, and recovery. The Reset brings the body back to center while staying connected to the Core Body standard of control, intention, and full-body awareness.

Best for: clients who want recovery, mobility, breath, and length.

Expect: stretch, mobility, breathwork, release, recovery, and a slower method-based finish.
